Company Overview

How We Started

NutraLife BioSciences, Inc., originally NutraFuels, was founded in 2010 by Edgar Ward, the company’s chief executive officer, president and director to engage in the development, manufacturing and distribution of unique and effective nutritional products.

How We Evolved

The Company has evolved into a successful developer, manufacturer and distributor of more than 50 nutraceutical and CBD products as well as the creator of its own cosmetics product line. The Company’s private label customers represent more than 21 brand names.

How we are doing

For the years 2017 and 2018, the Company generated revenues of approximately $1,790,000 and $3,770,000. Notably, the Company’s private label business represented 91% and 99% of the Company’s revenues in 2017 and 2018. CBD products represented 67% of the Company’s private label sales in 2018.

Research, Development & Testing

NutraLife Biosciences research, development and product testing is conducted by its in-house chemists and research staff under the director of Edgar Ward. Manufacturing and distribution of the Company’s final products is completed at its 5,6000 square foot facility in Broward County Florida.

In 2019, the Company expects to launch second facility which includes 20,000 square feet of manufacturing to meet the increased demand for its products and services.

Edgar Ward

Founder/President/CEO

Mr. Ward’s leadership transitioned NutraFuels from a small manufacturer of nutraceutical spray products into NutraLife, a seasoned manufacturer providing private label and other customers with a wide range of nutraceutical, wellness and CBD products and services.

Neil Catania

Vice-President

Mr. Catania joined NutraLife BioSciences in 2012, and has since been serving as Vice President of the company. Mr. Catania has over 36 years of institutional trading experience on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
