Founder, Chief Executive Officer, President & Director
Edgar Ward founded NutraLife Biosciences in 2010 as NutraFuels, Inc. and has since served as the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director. Mr. Ward is the Company’s largest shareholder and personally oversees the Company’s day-to-day operations.
Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Ward was a professional bodybuilder as well as a certified nutrition and fitness expert. Mr. Ward used this knowledge and experience to create NutraFuels’ initial product line of nutraceuticals.
Mr. Ward’s leadership has transitioned what was once NutraFuels, a small manufacturer of nutraceutical spray products, into NutraLife Biosciences, a seasoned manufacturer providing private labeling and customers with a wide range of products and services. His guidance led to increased company recognition as a distinguished participant in the CBD industry, and he increased the Company’s revenues from $225,000 in 2016 to approximately $3.7 million in 2018.
Mr. Catania joined NutraLife Biosciences in 2012, and he has since been serving as the Vice President of the Company. Mr. Catania has over thirty-six years of institutional trading experience on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE.) Prior to co-founding MND Partners in 2004, Mr. Catania was a partner and lead floor broker for Robbins & Henderson, a NYSE Listed Firm.
Mr. Catania served as the managing director of floor trading operations at NatWest Markets and spent twelve years at Salomon Brothers as a lead NYSE floor broker. Neil currently serves as a floor governor, chairman of floor facilities, and NYX Arca board member.
Nicholas E. Ward
Nicholas Ward has been with the Company since its genesis in 2010. Mr. Ward has eight years of operations management experience. Mr. Ward’s commitment to tight operation management has been instrumental to NutraLife’s exponential growth. He has implemented wide-reaching software as well as infrastructure improvements in order to optimize process control.
Project and Accounting Administrator
Nicole Archon graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and she joined NutraLife Biosciences in 2014. Ms. Archon orchestrates the financial aspects of everyday business operations with responsibilities including inventory management, purchasing, and accounting.
Mary Ellen Mahon
Regulatory Affairs & Quality Control
Mary Ellen Mahon graduated from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida with degrees in both Biology and Psychology. She has over twenty years experience in diagnostic medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and nutraceuticals. Ms. Mahon ensures that the Company as well as our manufactured products are compliant with all state and federal regulations, and she coordinates communications with governing bodies as well as regulatory agencies in order to maintain a high standard of quality and integrity in both our operations as well as our product line.

Kenneth L Duchin, PhD
Chief Clinical Developer
Ken Duchin is Chief Scientific Officer/Vice President of Trial Professionals Consultant Group. He earned his BA in chemistry at Drew University and received his PhD degree in pharmacology from the College of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He completed his post-doctoral training in renal physiology at University of Colorado. He joined ER Squibb and Sons and became Executive Director, Human Pharmacology and was responsible for various clinical pharmacology programs in several therapeutic areas and served as Team Leader for fosinopril. He then joined IVAX Corporation and was involved in the development of complex generic products and novel oncology and urological products. After eight years, he moved to Noven Pharmaceuticals where he led the clinical development of Daytrana (transdermal methylphenidate). He also worked for Theravance in South San Francisco as Head of Clinical Pharmacology.
In addition, he managed preclinical and clinical programs at TheraVida, a company with a product for overactive bladder and ProtaMed a company that focused on amyloid diseases. Ken also spent three years at Asubio Pharmaceuticals as Executive Director, Clinical Pharmacology and Global Project Leader. Since 2015, he has been an independent consultant assisting companies with their pre-clinical, clinical pharmacology and clinical research needs, medical writing, scientific due diligence, and business development. Ken has held teaching positions at Barry University and Medical College of Pennsylvania and served on the editorial board for the Journal of Clinical Pharmacology. His publications include over forty-five peer reviewed articles, several book chapters and co-inventor on nine patents.
Dr. Hongxiang Hui
Chief Medical Advisor
Since February of 2018, Dr. Hongziang Hui has served as the Chief Medical Advisor to NutraLife Biosciences. Dr. Hui is Director of American Realyoung Institute for Advanced Medicine, and since 2002, he has been a Principle Scientist at UCLA. Dr. Hui received his MD and PhD degree in molecular biology from the Fourth Military Medical University, PR, China. Prior to joining UCLA, he was a Post-Doctorate student at UCLA and the University of Texas at Austin. He was also an associate professor at FMMU. Dr. Hui is a member of Guangdong FDA advisory committee and the Executive Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board of Pacific-Asia Precision Medicine Forum.
Vain Eudes graduated with a degree in visual communications from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, and he oversees marketing, creative, and new product label and packaging development. Mr. Eudes is a seasoned graphic designer with high-level experience in creative, brand development, packaging, production, strategic thinking, and advertising solutions. With more than twenty years of experience, his strengths and passions are in print work, branding, and packaging.
Liska Rodriguez graduated from Florida Atlantic University with her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. She has ten years of experience in successful GMP manufacturing operations. Her background includes Quality Assurance and Control, Product Stability, Transmission Electron Microscopy, and audit experience with various agencies including the FDA, USDA, and NSF. She holds certifications from NSF, FSPCA, and EAS.
Karina Rodriguez is a registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of Florida. She works in GMP and FDA-registered industries in lab production, packaging, and shipping. She has a degree in ESL from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Buenaventura University. She specializes in performing microbiological testing of products, inspecting incoming laboratory material prior to final release, ensuring that proper supporting documentation is received, and reviewing all production records for accuracy and completeness before approving distribution. She also assists chemists with development and validation of new QC methods, ensuring a smooth production process.

Tiffany has over seventeen years of experience in internet marketing and specializes in search engine optimization and paid digital media. She also has substantial experience in social media, content creation and management, website development, and creation of phone and streaming media applications.
